At Novellea, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Non Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or altered unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be covered by Novellea.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
